The firm exists to answer one question, asked continuously and without sentiment: where is the market wrong? Not where the headlines are wrong, or where the crowd is loud — but where price has been set by forced behavior rather than fundamental reality.
Our philosophy is rooted in disciplined research, macroeconomic analysis, derivatives positioning, and quantitative market structure. We do not predict markets through narratives. We study how liquidity, positioning, volatility, and macroeconomic forces interact to create persistent inefficiencies — and we act only when conviction, probability, and risk-reward align.
That discipline is possible because of how the firm is built. M’Squared Capital was founded by Quan Pham in Wilmington, Delaware, and manages independent proprietary capital. Owner-operated and beholden to no outside mandate, the firm is free to hold the rarest position in markets: none at all, until the odds are right.
